NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHY: Photographs and/or videos may be taken by event organizers, event sponsors, event speakers and/or those individuals retained by event organizers to memorialize events organized by the Elgin Hispanic Network. The Elgin Hispanic Network assumes permission to use images in promotional publications, website, social media channels, local newspapers, and/or videos, unless prior written notification rescinding this authority is given to the Elgin Hispanic Network. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future, highlight the day’s event and exhibit the capabilities of the Elgin Hispanic Network. No compensation will be provided to the subjects of the images, photos and/or videos. The ownership of images, photos and/or videos are retained by the individuals taking the photos and/or videos.
